MTN can't resolve my connectivity issue

Customers who phone me say that my phone goes on voice mail or it rings once and then goes dead. Been happening for the past 4-5 years, but very, very bad the past two weeks. No one at MTN seems to know what the problem is and I am being sent from one person or department to the next. I am getting messages late. Have upgraded my phone, had the Sim card reset on the network, did a hard reset on my I-Phone, tested my Sim card with another phone and my phone with another Sim card, phoned 083 900 1212 and left messages for supervisors that was supposed to phone me, but just do not get back to me, The person my problem was assigned to was on sick leave and no one else has been delegated the issue. My wife and son has contracts with Vodacom and they do not have this problem. I am fed up!!! Only way for me to get out is to pay the contract in full before I can transfer to Vodacom, o yes, tried that before and the migration also didn't want to happen because of some technical difficulty. So, what the heck do you do when a company like MTN just do not give a dam and pass the buck from one to another. I am also going to the papers with regards to this issue. Thanks
