Three weeks new phone and no joy

Vodacom - 0829280287 - Job Card 8886523 and later 8899906?
I have upgraded Vodacom on 17 May at the Vodashop in Middelburg Mall Mpumalanga (Samsumg S4.My wife's contract)
Experienced difficulty with the phone's connectivity as it seemed to have no signal and also cut out while I phoned We went back to this Vodashop twice, last time 22 May and were advised to take the phone to the Vodacare shop in Witbank as it seems as if it is an Out of Box Failure. We therefore went to Witbank. The handset was tested and found to be faulty with no signal "not even EDGE". Sent off and no response. I followed up on 30 May and was told it was rejected and they will let us know when the set is back with them. I wasn't happy and asked to speak to the manager - he wasn't there but the message will be given to him to phone me. No call. My wife was phoned on 31'st with message the handset is there. Went on 2 June to collect but was told it is not there. Had been driving up and down between Middelburg and Witbank (toll fees R92 up and down) Followed up again on 5 June - lady promised to phone me as soon as she locate the phone - still no call. Phoned 0821944 - the person confirmed with Witbank 31 May.
