Unable to finalize contract cancellation

Numerous attempts and faxes since 2011 to cancel contract. Now again a sms that failure to pay account may result in your name being entered on Transunion database. Please call 0105000077 ref 1309002326 to stop listing process?
I need to talk to somebody that can sort this out on senior level!!
I moved to an area in 2011 where Cell C had no data coverage and had to take out another data bundle with another Service provider. I went to Mall@redds in Rooihuiskraal 3 months prior to determination date of contract to give notice in advance. Was told NO you cant do that..MUST wait for the last month..all the effort and remembering the last month..send the fax for cancellation... and up to now the 4th time not sorted out!!
Talked/faxed proof of cancellation faxed again to a Linda, a Liezel, a Rush, a Denice/Jenice Peterson. Latest reference number on 23/11/2012 was 1211230000087881 for cell no: 0846962001
I need somebody to confirm in writing with ref number that problem is sorted.
Not unreasonable request? This is my second contract problem with Cell c. The previous one took LOTS of effort too and I ended up talking to CEO's office but unfortunately lost the contact details
