So after giving an initial complaint of not being contacted by VODACOM i eventually was. However my complaint was not rectified in my eyes, in theirs the manufacturer was the problem as they give a battery warrante. I am however still waiting for someone to come collect this inferior phone and now generic battery i had to fork R179 out for and give me all my cash back as i never want to deal with VODACOM or want a product from them. I will take the money i spent on my phone with them and go to another recognised cellphone company in RSA and i will never be recommending VODACOM to anyone ever again. After all was said and done i was not listened to by the branch in Durban and when i was called by Eltino of VODACOM to explain what was wrong with my phone my phone died (initial problem) he then called my office number, i work so was unable to talk i asked him to call back in a few hours. I get an e-mail a week later, good customer service... Disgusting is a word I'd use for how i have been treated with this entire ordeal. When i get contacted about this, make sure it is someone high up i refuse to deal with the call centre or branches any longer. I AM FURIOUS...
