STILL WAITING

I await contact from VODACOM still. I bought a cellphone on prepaid from Edgars Pavilion, It was a Vodacom phone (2011.) Over a year starting Jan 2012 i will have taken my Blackberry in 3 times, first two times trackpad was broken and this time it just switches off saying battery low but then comes on 2 hours later and works for a bit then dies and this repeats till the battery is depleted. I want to change phones to an iphone and hoped a consultant would contact me. Perhaps give me a decent deal, but i have waited over 48 hours, I get it is diffcult to get a hold of me (as the phone you sold me and exchanged is of inferior quality), but i gave them landlines and still no response, not even an e-mail. Service is terribly and that is one reason i went off contract with Vodacom almost 3 - 4 years ago. Lets hope they contact me now, i do expect them to jump through hoops. Just because i bought a phone from you cash doesn't mean i should get any lessor of treatment than someone who is on contract.
