Thank you Telkom for supplying me with the right phones. So happy about that - the only problem is that I can not use them. There seem to be a problem in the port in/port out procedure. I phoned Nadiah this morning to explain the problem to me and the advise that she gave me was totally different than the advise given earlier. When I asked why I only hear about it now, it was said that she have said it earlier. My confusion is that the other 3 parties which was given the advise, also can't recall that she ever gave us the new info. Needless to say, the phones are still not operating, the old Virgin Mobile number still works and I am surely being billed for the period since I have received the phone. I am just a bit baffled that she keeps to her story that she gave us all the info and we all got it wrong..., she is definitely not at fault. Please sort out this problem - this is definitely not the way to start a new contract with a new customer. I am at this moment really not looking forward to what ahead in our two year contract that we have signed for, if this is the type of service we must be happy with. It is definitely not up to standard!
