I have sent in my phone for repairs after having it for not even 3 weeks it had to go it as th battery was not charging correctly, yesterday I got my phone back and the feedback was that the battery was replaced. so this morning when the battery was almost flat 10% power left - i plugged in the charger and as soon as i did that the phone switched off and it does not charge as there is no red LED indication to show that its charging. I tried to turn on the phone but nothing happens. I'm really tired of this vodacom service i have been receiveing in the past few months where its complaint after complaint that I have to struggle to get a service that I pay for and in all honesty if I have to be told that the phone must go in again to be tested then I will be really upset. In all honetsy I just want a new phone one that works as it should an not be told it must go in for repairs again. Once again Vodacom has shown how useless they are in doing stuff and not testing if all is correct or working before I got the phone back again.
