This morning I received an sms from cellc that my line have been suspended because of my monthly limit. Last month I had the same occurrence and had to pay almost twice the amount I usually pay and therefore limited my data usage and calls as much as possibly this month.
However, after receiving the sms this morning I looked at my call history and see that there is an unauthorized amount of R17.55 being deducted from my account almost everyday from SMART040.
I did not subscribe for this service and it is certainly not authorized.
Please kindly assist by cancelling this service, refunding the charges and activating my line.
