I had contacted cell c that i had changed banks and updated my banking details beginning of September, on the debit date they debited my old account and the debit was unsuccessful. I then called them again to confirm my details and they said they were correct, on the next debit date they debited the wrong account again. So I am very unhappy about this as i have to pay unsuccessful debit charges when i had done my part and My phone is suspended as well so i cant even call them using the same phone.
