I have a contract with Cell C for so many years and just recently i have experienced the worst service ever, i changed banks to make it easier for payments that made it worst as my account is being debited on the wrong dates and with no notification the account gets suspended, i phoned and asked what happened and was told debit return, i asked for it to be changed to the correct date and resubmit a debit order request, which in return was never done its the 3RD day and im still suspended how do i go on with such bad service? firstly its not my fault that the debit is the wrong date secondly they expect me to go to a bank and by them where money is available for debit but they dont want to debit all i want is the service i had 6- 7 years ago where things were sorted out on the spot PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY SERVICE REACTIVATED ALREADY
