I have had a contract with Cell C for over 3 years now.
Although their have changed in many way their bad service remains!
I changed my banking details with them in December so that they may debit my account directly to save me issues from having to pay them manually!
In Jan they debited my account on the wrong date leading to me having to pay them manually. After changing the billing date details they failed to debit my account for the month of Jan.
Then I received a call from one of their consultants threatening to cut my phone due to non-payment!! Is it my fault that they had not debited my account??
Really tired of getting bad service from Cell C!
