Im writing this as I am seating in my bedroom due to police failing to attend to our query, I made the 1st call at 02h38, 2nd call at 03h22 and the 3rd one at 04h23 reporting a neighbour that was making noise the whole night playing music on full blast to an extent that the windows were vibrating, my mother is 63 years old and shes sensitive to such loud noise plus an infant that was crying the whole night due to the noise I was going to understand if it was a tavern or a party but during the week people are going to work in the morning why must we be harrased by an individual who is drunk I know when u heard the call you thought it was a joke or must it be a crime in order for it to be attendend to.if it was in the suburbs you were not going to hesitate clearly in the the township we are taken for granted or if we took the law into our hands you were going despatch 10 vans within 30 minutes. SAPS CALL CENTRE IS REALLY USELESS.Not sleeping for 5 hours even now the music is still playing you really failed us as the community of Everest Mhlanga street Thokoza.
