So noisy in the backgroun it sounds like a shebeen

NOT IMPRESSED at all...

My brother called the call-centre on Saturday 15 June 2013 in the morning, hoping to speak to someone professional about a problem with my dad's BlackBerry.

Anyhow, it was so noisy in the background of the call-centre it sounded like a shebeen.

When he asked the woman why it was so noisy, her reply was that "the call-centre is busy".

What an idiotic answer! Surely there are ways to block out the noise so that it doesn't sound like a shebeen!
