Unreliable service

I had an emergency in the early ours and my monthly limit was exhausted so I called Cell C to have my limit increased. The consultant said it would take less than an hour to be processed. I have been waiting for 3 hours now. I regret moving to Cell C. Lesson learned.

Now I know what they mean when they say, 'You get what you pay for".
