Went to apply for Cell C 2GB contract, I tell the assistant that I want a R0.00 limit once I've used up my 2GB, she tells me that she cannot but can make it R1.00 and I agree to that.
Few days later, I get SMS from Cell C saying my limit is R350.00, I go back to the assistant and tell her about this and she tells me that she has sent the request to Cell C, few hours later I receive an SMS saying my limit is now R50.00, I go back to the assistant, and she tells me that that was the Cell C policy, the minimum limit is R50.00; fine, R50.00 is not a train smash, I can live with that, but there is more to the story.
Since I signed up with MWEB I am suppose to get 300MB at their wifi hotspots, so, I asked the lady about this and she told me I would get my login my from Cell C, went to Cell C and they had no Idea what I was talking about.
So I e-mail MWEB to ask about this and they tell me to use my MWEB e-mail address and password, I do that and it still doesn't work, according to them, my account has not been activated.
