I have ask cell c on the 5 August to put a limit on my phone. The system shows the limit however cell c did not apply the limit and now again for a second month I a row, my account is high due to the lack of interest from cell c. Why must I pay for the mistakes cell c makes??? This is not fair on the clients. Also if the limit is applied, why can I not use my free minutes or sms? Now they want to take it away from me, what on earth am I paying for???
