Malcolm from Telkom came to install a new phone point on the 15th. He had to leave for another appointment and said he would be back. It's now 10 days later. How long should it take to install a new point and why did he leave in the first place with half the job done? I have now had no landline for 10 days and counting, it will probably be three weeks before this is sorted as he has absolutely no intention of coming back. I have called him so many times now that he doesn't answer calls from me. He made excuse after excuse about why he can't come back. Such a bunch of, nothing has changed at Telkom.
