Good day I have a problem with auto page - I took out my top up contract about 4 years ago. I had the phone for about 6 months when it was and I reported it to auto page I was then told that I can cancel my contract but would have to pay a penalty fee. I went to the branch with the box and copy of my ID and paid the penalty fee. This is 4 year or more ago last week Friday I applied for a first time home loan as we want to buy a house. NOTE that in the last 4 years I have never heard or had a call from them to say that I need to pay money to them. Now on my credit check they pop up! I no longer have the cell number so I can't entre my cell phone seeing that I don't have it anymore as the phone was. Can someone please contact me so I can get this issue out of the way? And the number u have for customer services does not work that woman repeats herself. Please can you assist me as soon as possible?
