SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNHAPPY CUTOMER

Since I have my cellphone account with Auto page, I experience a bad experience with them. I spoke several times with staff at office and nothing came from my complaints and I was treated with a bad rude attitude from the staff. I spoke to the Auto page manager from Witbank & Leon the director & he confirmed that he authorized his staff to be rude 'cause the customers doesn't understand.according to my contract my payment due is on the 1st of every month, around the 15th of every month they phone me again for payment & put my phone off at least once a week my phone is disconnected & every time I need to pay a reconnection fee every time they disconnect the phone & every time I query it they just tell me its a query from their accounts department.if there is a lack of communication on their side or connection issues due to the fact that they did not received my payment in time I feel its the branch responsibility to sort it out & to keep the customers happy but they will be rude instead and when they confirmed payment with the sms they will still disconnect my phone & I am going to cancel my contract with them which expires in 2 months time, they will close the branch with this service
