Dongle doesn't work & Useless service

In August, I purchased a dongle from the store in Sandton city mall, located above Musika.

At the time I was staying at a House in Sandown, with the intention of leaving. At this house, the Dongle received little to no connectivity. Since the internet stationed in the house was also bellow par, I decided to give this dongle the benefit of the doubt (HUGE MISTAKE).

Next, I moved to a house in Bramley where I currently reside. The dongle now has ABSOLUTELY no connectivity. I made h8ta aware of this immediately at the branch where I purchased it (Sandton). They made some report and sent one of their technicians to my house. He assessed it and confirmed that the connectivity is bad. TELKOM STRIKES AGAIN!!!

I have tested the dongle at other locations (Lonehill, Sandown estate, Innesfree park, to name a few).

!!! THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THE DONGLE WORKS IN IN SANDTON CITY MALL!!! Take note of that, in fact I'm using it right now in Sandton city to write this complaint.

So today I went there to sort out this issue, since the technician was the last I heard from them. Their manager is never available, but Ive scheduled a meeting for tomorrow. I'll keep this updated in the comments section
