21 October 2013 lost my cellphone done all the necessary to log claim from case number blocked handset and simcard and completed paperwork in mtn branch west gate mall then they FAX it off then I asked them how long will this take with a strange look salesperson replied " we actually don't offer this particular insurance to our client " puzzled I was? wondering Y? I personally next morning and FAX the copies of claim form off again at lunch time and later afternoon Tuesday went in store as I don't have another mtn simcard to call the free number. I waited like 2 hours in store. the I used my 082 simcard everyday to check if this claim is even logged in there automated service but still nothing!!! I THINK ME LIKE ALOTTA OTHERS OUT THERE WORK VIA NETWORK . Im due for a upgrade but I'm disgusted the way mtn treats us as loyal clients that had cell phone since the day they arrived in SA.
