At round about 5 o'clock this morning I received a sms stating that vodacom put me on a rci contract which I never received so contract not even a phone call so my BIS expired and they refuse to refund me. The people at customar cared said they will phone me today to sort this out and I'm still waiting to phone me. They said they can only refund me on thuesday and I need the BIS today. No one was willing to help me they kept lying to me. My daughter phoned hoping to help. They said that I must recharge again and they will refund me. I work on a budget I can't just buy airtime cause they messed up
