I am keen to join Cell C on a contract & have selected the black S4. I was pre-approved by Cell C Direct however they cannot guarantee me a black handset. What nonsense is that??? As a customer surely I can dictate what colour my handset will be & not be forced to accept what Cell C issues me. Where are my rights as a consumer???
