My insurance policies was paid to date. I have called the insurance company to make a claim an it was brought to my attention that my insurance has lapsed. All bank statements were sent to the insurer to verify that my account had funds. Its been many day and to date no response. i cannot get any response from Cell C the service provider. I have made numerous phone calls and still no joy. My cell phone has been for repairs and Cell C wants to charge for the repair.
