I feel that Cell C is misusing the HelloPeter.com response-They respond that they will contact you and then nothing gets really done about it. - HelloPeter.com please amend the "companies who respond" to actual positive response from companies who actually care-I phoned Cell C on the 23/12/2012 and after numerous calls & trips to Jhb for phone repairs and my Insurance was deducted monthly on the phone even though I did not have it, I do not have a phone. I have lodged many complaints with Cell C and finally HelloPeter.com, on the 16/7/2013 I got a response to say they will look into it the insurance NOT replacing my handset on the 17th and since then STILL NOTHING. Cell C is just talk and have no honesty nor integrity -I will look into an alternative solution-but for the time being DO NOT TRUST what the staff of Cell C say-get it in writing! The Insurance Ombudsman requires written proof of Cell C disputing the insurance claim-yet another thing they fail to do - Cell C is all talk and NO action!!! Cell C Insurance is a -I am yet to hear of people claiming from Cell C and WITHOUT any force they resolve the claim in favor of the person claiming-Why must we fight for whats RIGHT
