I opened my invoices from Vodacom this morning to find the shock of my life!!! R4000 for data usage. Could someone please explain to me nr 1 how that is possible and secondly how to get the amount of my bill. The contract sim is used in a 3g stick and has always been fine (for the last 2 yrs) with charging me the normal R100 fee for the 2GIG data, but now this month its R4000..for DATA USAGE plus the monthly R100 fee, REALLY
Is there anybody that could maybe help me on this regards and help me solve this problem
