ONCE AGAIN MTN DISAPPOINTS

3 Months ago my cell phone had been blacklisted an error came up on the phone saying M66 when I went into the MTN store they told me that there was a problem with the handset & I need to get another one, so I decided to upgrade, as I walked out the store I asked the blackberry technician, he advised me that this phone had been blacklisted & there was a few phones came in with the same problem that day, so I called MTN asking them to unblacklist the device as I did not request for this to be done, the requested I send them an affidavit & certified ID, this was done a month later after following up every second day this still wasn't sorted out, I have spoken to a consultant last week who requests the POP, I have tried everywhere I couldn't seem to find this, I had eventually found it, when I had spoken to the consultant last week I advised her that the phone is not in warranty & the reason this phone isn't working is because MTN had blacklisted the device, therefore causing complications, she advised me that she just needs the POP to sort it out & has nothing to do with the warranty, she actually laughs at me on the phone, she sends me a mail saying the phone is out of warranty.
