Erroneously charged for data that was offered free

In mid September, after many phone calls from 8Ta to upgrade my account, i finally upgraded. Leland Lewis of the "outbound call centre" called me and offered a Smartplan 100, that gave 100 free mins across all networks and 5Gig of data monthly for R109 incl of CLI and vat. i queried at the time what the catch was, and was told there was no catch, that Telkom had just come out with this offer and confirmed the above again. i have subsequently asked for this recording but to no avail. i have called the call cnt, spoken to Mpho (21/10) who told me it was erroneously charged and should be removed as it was supposed to be free. no feedback came. i spoke to Lungi in accs (23/10) who also was going to revert. she didnt. Then Clive (or Clyde) (23/10) who was going to phone me back and didnt. Then 24/10 a Nozipo called to check if my query had been sorted. she confirmed it was under investigation. she would call back or send sms. She didnt. So i still have a bill for R349 for 5Gig of data recurring monthly!! that was mean to be FREE. AND NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK TO SORT THIS OUT. Nor do i have the recording yet that i requested in which, Leland offered this for free... WHAT GIVES???
