The backcover of my bb 9900 was loose and my was slow. I was told to expect a 4 week turnaround time after taking my phone into autopage on 09 March @centurion. They told me they would send the phone for repairs. After phoning repeatedly, nobody seems to care to attend to my request, why this is taking so long? When I ask people to please follow up, I get a response to say when I handed the phone in and be told of the turnaround time. This is useless info to me. As I want someone to actually follow up on where is my phone, as I need my phone urgently. After phoning today, I was told that the phone was sent to MTN on the 3 April, but previously I was told the phone was sent in on the 25 March. Now there seems to be a backlog at the place where the phones get dispatched and with autopage. That is not my problem if there is a backlog, autopage needs to sort out their administrative issues. There have been other people who got their phones repaired in no time so why is this taking so ridiculously long??? I will absolutely in no way renew my contract with autopage. Their communication, service and efforts to follow up and keep me informed are pathetic
