NO CONNECTION

I have paid my account after they cut off my phone, faxed proof of payment 3x, send 2 emails, went on their website and confirmed payment, received sms;es that they have received my payment and still I had to phone to have my phone connected. BAD SERVICE i want to cancel my contract. Autopage is not worth it.
