Daylight!!

My average bill with MTN is between R700 and R1500 per month. I was debited today with just over R7150!!! My itemised acount says it is for Packet Switched Data. I am still on BIS/BES for pete's sake!
I want to know what it is for. It is absolutely ABSURD!!
