INVOICES AND PAYMTS

I USE MY SISTER CONTRACT. AFTER A PAYMENT WAS DONE on the 02-07-2013 and 02-08-2013. my phone was suspended as no payment received. i called, faxed and emailed. nothing was done. My sister was called by Yvonne, that i am ruing her name coz all the payment we reversed and the payment made in August is not reflected on their statement.

When i went to Wesgate, i was told no staff was available as they all went on training.

after involving my bank, which confirmed that payment did go through to autogage. whilst this is hanging and not sorted out on the side of Autopage, am told to go and make another payment at the bank. my phone has been suspended for 2 months, not my fault, she tells me accounts is worked by human and sometins the make mistakes. To her i am on the wrong and Autopage is an Angel... how come if some of the payment i made are not updated and now is august.

i sent all the statement i can find, incurred bank fees, and still she wants me to go and make a payment on top of the mess. this is my first step the next will be omduds and me or my sister we cannot be threated. i need my phone opened, it is not my fault that finance made a mistake.
