Why is it that when you have uncapped 1mb (bit) {2 bits makes 1 byte} mweb fails to give you the download speed that you are paying for? most downloads are given a 110k max download speed, i asume they do this to all customers, and most just do not have the tools to see at what speed the download is actually transpiring,
What i hope to achieve here is not an appology from Mweb or a rectification, but rather a full scale investigation into what they promise and what they deliver, and i think everyone will be surprised by what they are actually getting, i think they are ripping off the whole of their customer base, (whether they have a fair usage policy or define a UP-TO clause, this is unacceptable in this day and age, (imagine you bough your milk in the same way, (ei 2l and you only get 200ml, cause you might get up to 2l in a bottle / or you are using your whole 2l every day so we will now only give you 200ml) (or cars are sold in this fashion) how is it even possible that people can have a clause like that, i have been monitoring and i can have more than 1 download at 110kbps but never will 1 download from any where be more than 110kbps, so it is controlled[capped] by mwe
