Identity - Failed promises

A staff member of mine, discovered that someone had opened a vodacom contract on his name. The account has obviously not been paid, and when he discovered the existance of the contract he contacted Vodacom to have it expunged from his name. He was informed that he needed to make an affadavid to the police and send that to Vodacom. He did this, and was promised by Vodacom that they would send a letter to Credit Guarantee revoking the contract. This has never happened and Matsie keeps saying each time he calls that she will send a letter. He is in the process of trying to buy his first house and applying for a bond, which is now being held up because of this... His calls to Vodacom are now just cut off. Matsie uses the excuse that she is in hospital. Surely Vodacom is bigger than one person?
