Statement Amount differs from Debit Order Submitte

Trying to find out why Monthly statement states an amount but Debit Order is for more than thius amount. This is not the first time this has happened.
Phoned 26/9 spoke to consultant and got cut off twice. Phoned 3rd time and was advised person I need to speak to was busy but they would email them and they would contact me. 28/9 sent message on web site and sent further messages that week on website but still no reply. Website states"We would like to hear from you" From 7/10 sent 3 emails to customer services no reply. Phoned again 10/10 asked to speak to Jason customer services manager and was advised he does not take phone calls. Explained to Thando the query she promised to come back to me. Thando phoned at 10am on the 11th advising that she had not yet received the documents she requested and would phone at 4pm. Still not received reply. Phoned on 18th had to speak to Nirasha who would request docs and comeback to me, still not received a reply. Phoned again today 24/10 bothThando busy, Nirasha Busy. I had to explain the whole story again and was promised by Tshepiso that Thando would phone me after 4.30pm, it is now 5.30pm and still no reply to my problem.
