Wrote a registered letter re the above on the 4th October 2012 and received the reply dated 22nd October 2012 via my son that stays in Durbanville.(Forwarded to the wrong address although address on the letter correct.) Phoned Computorshare to speak to George. Sorry but he is busy making photostat copies but will phone back. Left my home and cell numbers for the return call. After no return phonecall I phoned again on the 18th january 2013 at 12h03 and on enquiring why no return call was just told that he never got the message. I then asked him to try and explain his reply to my question as it made no sense at all. Sorry to say but he could not explain to me and said that he could not help me any futher. I then asked to speak to his senior but was just told that she was not available. I then enquired about her senior to which his reply was simply that he did not know who her senior was. I was then told to contact the complaints department and I must phone them as he cannot transfer me. Again sorry to say but this was one of the worst conversations I have ever had with a sevice company.
