Signed a contract which was not correct

We bought a tractor in August. Financed it through Simon Mosemane from Polokwane. We signed the contract at Absa Marble Hall. We paid a deposit and received the tractor. On 30/08 & 30/10 we paid R8516.66. On 01/10/2013 we paid R70721.88. This went through via debit order. On the 23rd of October we received a sms and letter from Thando Ndlovu stating we have'nt paid an amount of 8516.66 and that we are in arrears. We have to pay that amount immediately plus rent otherwise Absa is handing us to the lawyers. We phoned Simon on the 24th, he said he will look into it. We then spoke to Thando and she said the contract she has, states we have to pay R8516.66 for 6 months until end of Januarie 2014. It is the vat that we have to repay to Absa for 6 months. Our contract that we signed only has 2 payments of R8516.66. Nowhere does it say repay the vat. Phoned Simon again, ( never comes back to you) he said the contract we signed was incorrect. He did'nt check it. He will send a new contract. He emailed me via Thando and said I must speak to him and not her. I want this problem fixed and we want an apologie letter stating this is Absa fault and not ours. It is a month now. WAITING FOR SIMON.
