MTN personnel is Unprofessional, pathetic, useless, incapable, illetare to say the least. Five hours to sort our MMS services on a Blackberry Q10- NO one of 15 people can do anything- Inclusive of the so-called Supervisor- After 5 hours the service is still not working. The so-called Supervisor Camelin has not even returned calls to the customer (How pathetic can it get). They should close down MTN in SA as they are totally useless. After having the accounts for at least 10 years we have to accept this kind of service- Must be a New South African tendency...
