Pathetic, appalling service as usual

I am student number 34010497635, Waiting for over 96 hours, 4 days just to get a statement of account report? Getting the run around from one department to another department, different people telling different stories, spoke to Supervisor Molifi who promised to send it by tommorrow, today i call and he is on leave? pathetic appalling service, asked to speak to a manager and they give me the run around saying i can only speak to a supervisor, Useless people i say and yet we suppose to trust them and study with them???
