Wow - has anyone seen the BAD unprofessional responses Kwikot gives to these customer complaints on HelloPeter?
We all have to stand up for what is right and not allow suppliers to get away with it when they provide below average services to us, & treat their customers with such disrespect!
They came to replace our burst geyser (only after TWO days) - and basically immediately after they left, water started leaking to the outside of our home. I complained on their so called 'after hours line', sent an email, etc.
They returned on 3 occasions (pathetic, useless guys who can hardly greet you, or speak English), & each time had a different story as to why the leak is not their fault, and up to date they have not fixed it.
Now Absa finally arranged for the Boksburg Plumbing Meca to fix Kwikot's errors, and I must say WHAT A RELIEF.
Well... I will make sure that everyone I know are aware of their pathetic service... if all of us inform as many as possible people - maybe sooner or later (or after they lose half of their clientele) they will start living up to the current false promises on their website, or else perhaps they'll have no choice but to close their doors soon!
