Please people, tell me who has the brains to sort out my accounts. I have spoken to people in Call center, i have spoken to a Mrs Khoza who promised to sort out my problems. Still i get phone calls with " Sir your account is behind" and if i ask them which month i skipped they realize it is not behind. It took 3 months to change banking details!!! These people is the most incompetent bunch of i have ever done business with. U have forced me to take my accounts to African bank just so that i can close these accounts with this totally useless company. I am contacting NCR tomorrow unless it is sorted tomorrow.
