VIP/ RCS Card Services (Forever New) is singlehandedly the most pathetic, incompetent and useless service provider I have ever had the misfortune of using.
You cannot go in store to check ANY information but have to make 'use' of a USELESS cellphone service to request it that hasn't worked once in the year that I have had my account. I have phoned NUMEROUS occasions to try and sort this problem, with NO LUCK WHATSOEVER. I have now resorted to having to phone customer services every time I need information.
Yesterday, I receive my statement for January with my 'updated' details. The information on their systems and the statement sent to me PERSONALLY, does not coincide and is completely incorrect. When I request the CORRECT information, the consultant is not able to view any of my statements, including the one sent to me a day prior. Before I could speak to a supervisor, the phone is put down in my ear.
I am left with incorrect information, and NO clue what is going on in my account. This from a 'prestigious' card service provider. Never in my life have I been more disgusted. And the worst is, there is nothing I can do about the situation.
Pathetic.
