Pathetic service at mobimoola

These people debited money from my account without any authorisation to do so none whatsoever. I called them to have this rectified, My goodness I've never experienced such pathetic service in my life. There's a so called Supervisor by the name of Priscilla who is totally useless, it makes me wonder how did she even get that title in the first place. Ntabiseng needs more skills in customer service, she does not know how to communicate with customers at all. To me it's very strange that when they want your business they phone you and take your verbal communication as authorisation whereas if you want to cancel you have to write a letter. I will NEVER advise anyone to take this product with them. I even went to the bank to have this reversed they told me that a number of people are complaining about this company.
