I have been a customer of Nashua for years and I have only received bad serevice from the incompetent people that are employed with them. i have called in to the contact centre numerous times and was told that my complaint would be escalated and i would be called back.
I dropped my phone and was told by the assistant at the branch, that it wouldnt take more than 3- 5 days as per her knowledge that the phone couldn't be repaired, i was also promised a gift card of about R2000, as the my phones insurance value was much higher than the replacement phones. The assistant then said not to worry she would sort everything out. i waited more than 2 weeks, as she forgot to send in my paper work number 1, and when i did get my replacement phone there was no gift card. i then called into the contact centre and was told that this was out of policy and I would not be receiving my git card. i feel that i was robbed and wronged as i was promised this by a representative of Nashua mobile and even had a witness present.
Clearly there is something wrong with this establishment! Due to limited characters i am unable to give more detail.
