I took my contract with CellC in Feb 2013, and advised that I want my existing number ported. It was never done and I eventually phoned in July 2013 to get the matter resolved. A "teamleader" promised to sort out the problem and phone back. Of couse they did not! I phoned again on Monday 21.10.2013 to start the entire process again. No one can see any of my attempts to get this sorted. They keep referring me back to Nashua Mobile as they are declining the port. The more Nashua says the problem is not with them, the request is coming through with incorrect information, the more CellC refuses to take ownership. I am fed up with dealing with call centre agent who keeps asking the same questions and having to repeat myself a million times. How difficult can this be!!! I have been paying two suppliers now for the past couple of months, and no-one seems bothered to fix the situation. I want CellC to finally port my number and explain why no one kept records of my complaints and why do I have to keep following up!
