I took out 2 contracts with Cell C 2 years ago. July we got our early upgrades. I instructed the person in the contact centre to adjust the insurance accordingly. My phone got some water damage, so I sent it to the repair centre. It came back they couldn't repair. So I was to get a new phone. The agent tells me that my phone was only insured for R5000, I need to pay the difference. So they haven't updated my insurance accordingly as instructed. Then I made arrangements with an agent to pay it off in 4 installments. They debited the full amount so there wasn't sufficient funds for the contracts to go off and all my other debit orders bounced. I have asked for voice recordings numerously and was sent from agent to manager to manager's manager. A month later and I still don't have them. Now this month they will again be taking R3000 for the account? I already struggled to feed my family due to this month. I can't afford anymore setbacks. This is disgusting service and I have a good mind to go to the consumer protection. Cell C makes me sick. How do I feed my 3 small kids 7, 3 and 2 and explain why there's no food? Cause someone was incompetent?? Really???
