I recently moved from my previous service provider (Nashua Mobile) to CellC & decided to port as I would like to keep my number which I have been using for the past 13 years.
This has been a mission to say the least. Firstly it took 10 days for my contract to be sorted out & my phone to be delivered - this is after being promised it will take 3-7 days. Secondly, I'm still not active on the CellC network almost a week after receiving my phone.
When I try to call the call centre I get no joy - firstly, there is only a cellphone number available to call (no toll-free or shared call line) & secondly, it takes an eternity to speak to an agent for assistance. The few times I do get through, I do not get the assistance I need.
If this is not sorted out by COB tomorrow, I will cancel the contract & you can get your phone back! Can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency: 0835530274 or 0117078525.
