On 21 October my Land line was found faulty, we reported the fault too the Telkom faulty report centre (10217) and to date no one has come to fix the problem I have called every day, and they keep saying someone is on there way. I have a reference number: 375CTK211013 I am fed up with this bad service as my buisness is suffering because of the faulty line. Please help in getting someone to come and fix the problem.
