My parents business land line is now faulty for the past month. Every time we report the problem then telkom give you a ref nr and they log the call. It take days for them to come out to fix the problem. Then the line is fixed for one week then faulty again report it again, wait again for them to come. Now last week the 23/04/2013 the line was faulty again. The call centre tells her she must set her phone so that it can ring for longer because her complaint were it gives one ring and then the line dies/faulty On friday the 26/04/2013 they came to fix the phone. The person that came had a mouth full to say to her. He came fixed the line and went. That evening when she wanted to make a call the line was faulty again.

This is going on now for the past month. The business is financially taking strain because of faxes and calls can not be received. There monthly income depends on faxes and calls to there clients.

I wonder if telkom service/repairs department salary is based on repairing faulty telephone line the first time what will there salary be at the end of the month?
