A while a go I had complained about the Telkom Services when my Telkom line was not working for three months. Telkom took their one time in repairing the fault. That frustrated us a lot.
To my amazement when I logged a call today, this morning, I have already had a technician at home to fix the fault and it is repaired. I hope Telkom keeps up this brilliant work.
